Hitting the diet reset button. Do over.

I'm wiping the Fatty! Fat! Fat! weight loss slate clean and starting all over.  New starting weight.  New weight loss goal.  On 7/16/13, I tipped the scales at 265.4 lbs.  According to UCSF's Step-by-Step program, I need to shed 10% of my body weight (or 26.5 lbs for those of you who have difficulty with math).  Once I reach my goal weight of 238.9 lbs, I can choose to receive a new a new weight loss goal (another 10% or 23.9lbs) or work on maintaining the original goal weight.    

I'm off to a good start.  As of yesterday, I'm down 5.5 lbs.
