UCSF Tubby Group and Powerful Feelings

I feel a little Sybil-ish every time I come away from UCSF's tubby group.  I love it!  I hate it!  I love it!  I hate it!  Unfortunately, I'm bound by a confidentiality clause. I can't discuss a ding-dang thing here on the interwebs. I will say this...I love the inspiration of other tubbies.  Keep fighting that fight.  Be kind to yourself and try to eat breakfast in the mornings.
